Returns Policy:
We will only accept returns of merchandise in original unused condition within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us prior to return and request a RMA number to be included with the return.

Shipping and Handling Policy:
We strive to fulfill and ship all orders within 4-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of most merchandise. International buyers are responsible for any and all tariffs, duties, or fees associated with international shipments.

Warranty Information:
Products manufactured by Hamann Engineering Corporation (HEC) are warranted against failure due to defects in material and workmanship during normal use for One Year from the original purchase date. HEC's warranty is void if the prodoct has been misused, modified, or abused. Discoloration or oxidation of metal parts occuring through normal use or exposure to harsh enviornments is not covered by this warranty. HEC will replace defective products at its discretion. HEC disclaims all other warranties whether expressed or implied. The buyer is responsible for the safe use of the product. In no event shall HEC or its suppliers, distributors, dealors or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation damages for personal injury, wronful death or pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or the inability to use any HEC manufactured product.
